华为收购美国3Com交易落空
华为收购美国3Com交易落空华为科技(Huawei Technologies)拟收购3Com公司的交易在华盛顿遭遇政治反对，终告失败。美国对中国投资美国敏感行业心怀猜疑，这桩科技交易是最新靶子。
按照计划，中国网络设备公司华为将持有美国竞争对手3Com公司16.5%的股份，并取得董事会席位。但在美国将阻挠交易按原构架进行的局势明朗一个月后，收购计划取消。
这桩交易没有通过美国外国投资委员会(Cfius)的审查。这个委员会是从安全角度审查外资收购的机构间委员会。
华为交易的落空，可能会加剧中美两国之间的贸易紧张局势。中国官员曾提出，这桩交易应完全从商业角度进行评估，并不存在安全问题。

The plan, which would have given Chinese networking equipment company Huawei Technologies a 16.5 per cent stake and board representation at US rival 3Com, was called off a month after it became clear the US would block the transaction as originally structured.
The deal fell foul of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the US (Cfius), the interagency panel that vets foreign takeovers on security grounds.
